FASTeTEN Project - FAST stands for Fully Automated Secured Transactions services, and provides openness and transparency in information access for communications between citizens and their administrations.The project is funded by the EU.s eTEN programme and will look at potential deployments in Belgium (Brussels and Flanders), Bulgaria, Hungary, and Italy. The authorities in these countries will assess the progress of the project in deploying FAST in two pilot cases: for eProcurement in the region of Valencia, Spain, and in the Department of Education in the United Kingdom.
